Having been involved in wildlife photography for more years than I want to admit I have seen many changes. It is the advent of digital cameras and software that allow so much manipulation of the original image that gives me most concern, as we so often see images that are just not natural. So I find myself more and more wanting to record what I really saw and in particular I enjoy those images that show the unusual aspects of nature. Such as birds preening/feeding or insects showing camouflage or a defense/attack pose.
