As a lot of us do, I started with a simple point and shoot film camera (this is showing my age) and bought my first Pentax SLR in my mid teens. Family photos were the main genre followed by reflected images of rivers and lakes. It wasn’t until a family trip overseas that I got my first point and shoot Sony digital camera. I missed the advantages of the SLR’s and having more control over how I took my images. I got my first Nikon DSLR and did a few photographic courses. Wildlife Photographer has now become my passion.
